For those who don’t know:

Darrell Abbott, also known as Dimebag Darrell and Diamond Darrell, was an American musician and songwriter, co-founder of Pantera alongside his brother Vinnie Paul, and founder of Damageplan. He was considered to be one of the driving forces behind groove metal.

Abbott was shot and killed by gunman, Nathan Gale, while on stage during a performance with Damageplan on December 8th, 2004, at The Alrosa Villa in Columbus, Ohio.

Nathan Gale was a 25 year old ex marine who had been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia disorder and discharged from the military a week prior to the shooting.
Gale also took the life of three others. His rampage was seized when officer James. D. Niggemeyer shot him to death. Officer Niggemeyer is still in treatment for PTSD today this very day.

We will have representatives at the show to answer questions anyone may have about PTSD and Schizophrenia as well as help educate everyone on how to help someone going through this.

Let us stand as a runited force to help those suffering with these syndromes get the help they so desperately deserve.
